Why and when did you get into fitness/nutrition?
I started my fitness journey after having my second baby and wanting to get back to “pre-baby weight”. I I quickly became apart of a gym community that was welcoming and always held me accountable to be the best version of myself!

What is your coaching philosophy?
My coaching philosophy is make sure you leave every workout working the hardest that you can- that’s where you grow and get better! Put in the time and the dedication and things will pay off!
What’s your favorite exercise/movement?
High Fitness- of course! But I also enjoy spin and boot camp!
Fun fact!
I am a former D1 College Cheerleader and have competed at 4 Cheerleading Worlds, 4 College Nationals and Coached 4 High School Nationals!
